Berbatov has signed a 4 year deal with the Red Devils. United paid €30million and gave Tottenham the young striker Fraizer Campbell for the rest of the season.

The bidding war for Berbatov has finally ended. Rumours were many, but United got one of the world’s best strikers. Manchester City offered €30million, but Berbatov states: “Joining Manchester United is a dream come true for me. I look forward to playing my part in helping this club win more honours in the years to come.”

Dimitar Berbatov was the only player United bought in this transfer window.
